ANN ARBOR – Week 3 of the high school football season is in the books for Ann Arbor-area teams.
MLive selected 16 players from the area who had standout performances this week and now readers will get the chance to vote for who they think had the best showing.
Readers will have unlimited voting until 9 a.m. Friday and the results will be released shortly thereafter.

About Bavineau: Bavineau had another impressive game as he caught eight passes for a team-high 148 yards and two touchdowns in a 26-20 loss to Gladwin.

About Gray: Chelsea’s entire defense made plays Saturday against Schoolcraft and Gray was one of the top performers for the Bulldogs. He recorded five tackles, including one for loss and had one sack and returned an interception 44 yards for a touchdown.

About Hill: In his Chelsea debut, Hill dazzled as he rushed for 114 yards on 18 carries with touchdowns from 14 yards and 37 yards in Chelsea’s win over Schoolcraft Saturday.

About Lytle: Lytle found the end zone often for the Hornets as he broke the plain for three touchdowns and rushed for 52 yards on nine attempts as Saline pulled out a 48-21 win over Monroe.

Year: Junior
About Morelock: The junior athlete made several key plays for the Big Reds in their 19-14 win over Monroe Jefferson. Morelock hauled in two interceptions, including the game-saving one on Jefferson’s final drive. He also converted a first down on a fake punt to set up Milan’s game-winning touchdown.

About Pinnace: Pinnace scored Huron’s two rushing touchdowns to help the River Rats defeat Pioneer 18-8, snapping a 17-game losing streak.
